Refund Policy

We offer two refund policies, depending on the course. Each course purchase only qualifies for one of the refund policies, as mentioned on its sales page at time of purchase.

Courses may qualify under one of the following refund policies:

30 Day- For all courses sold with a maximum 30 Day refund policy, you may request a refund at any time within 30 days of your original purchase. Simply contact us to request a refund, along with the email address you made the purchase with and the course you are requesting a refund for. A full refund will be issued to you.

60 Day- For all courses sold with a maximum 60 Day refund policy, you may request a refund at any time within 60 days of your original purchase, with limited restrictions. Simply contact us to request a refund, along with the email address you made the purchase with and the course you are requesting a refund for. You will be asked to show your work that you did follow the steps as shown in the course. If you show that you followed the steps shown in the course and did not see results, then you will be issued a refund.
